Just got back to Boston after an incredible few days at the LinkedIn Talent Connect conference in San Francisco. I had the amazing opportunity to be the host of the Live Stream for the folks watching at home. As a major fan of all things Talent Acquisition and someone who loves to see what others are doing to break the mold and push our space further, this was truly a “geek out” fest for me. I got to meet so many great people, from giants in our space like Reid Hoffman and Jeff Weiner to inspiring non-Talent Acquisition people like Father Gregory Boyle and Arianna Huffington. It was a really inspiring and memorable experience for me. There were old friendships renewed and new ones made. Lots of learning to be had, and of course….the LinkedIn party. This one was the best yet – from rocking on the drums with the band to pizza tossing, it was a fantastic time had by all. Words cannot do this justice, so I thought I would just share images and, of course for those who know me, the selfies I took all over the conference. Until next year folks!
